Spinarium offers a Self-Exclusion service to suspend access to the platform for a defined period to assist users who may be experiencing gambling-related harm. The service is voluntary and binding for the duration selected. During Self-Exclusion, Spinarium will restrict access to the User’s account and related services, and will refrain from providing promotional communications related to the site.
To initiate Self-Exclusion, the User must submit a written request from the email address used to register with Spinarium. The request may be submitted through the in-account Self-Exclusion tool or by contacting the Spinarium Support team. The request must specify the exclusion period. Available periods are: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or 3 years. For periods exceeding 3 years, Spinarium may require additional written confirmation and related arrangements in accordance with applicable law and internal risk controls.
During the Exclusion, the User will be denied access to the Personal Account and to Spinarium’s services. The User will not receive advertising or promotional materials from Spinarium. Access attempts during the Exclusion period will be blocked. The Exclusion period is self-imposed and non-revocable during its term.
Early termination of Self-Exclusion is not permitted. The User cannot shorten the stated Exclusion period. Restoration of access occurs only after the expiration of the Exclusion period and requires a separate written restoration request submitted to Spinarium Support. There is no automatic restoration of access at the end of the Exclusion period.
Upon receiving a complete restoration request after the Exclusion period ends, Spinarium will assess and, if appropriate, restore access. Restoration is contingent on identity verification and compliance checks in line with applicable law and Spinarium policies. The User’s account will be reactivated only following approval of the restoration request.
Spinarium will maintain records of Self-Exclusion in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Self-Exclusion record is retained to ensure compliance and to prevent circumvention. Personal data processed in connection with Self-Exclusion will be used solely for compliance, safety, and customer-protection purposes, and will be safeguarded in line with Spinarium’s data security standards.
Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Spinarium supports responsible gaming and provides access to independent resources for help with problem gambling. For questions about Self-Exclusion or to obtain assistance, contact Spinarium Support through the channels listed in the Help Center.
